1. Booking Inquiries & Confirmation

You can send an inquiry through our website, form, or WhatsApp. We will help you plan your trip. Your tour is confirmed once we agree on dates, group size, and details in writing.

2. Pricing & Inclusions

All prices are shown in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Car charter prices are per vehicle for the listed duration; vehicle rentals use the listed rental period. Tour and activity packages use the pricing unit and inclusions displayed on their own page. Pickup areas and conditions vary by service. We always confirm total costs before you pay.

3. Payment Terms

Our team confirms available payment methods, deposit requirements and payment instructions in writing after checking availability. Please request these details before paying. The website does not collect card details.

4. Participant Safety & Health

Outdoor tours like ATV rides, river rafting, and volcano treks require basic physical fitness. Your safety is our top priority. Please listen to your guide and follow all safety rules. You must wear the safety gear provided on each tour. Please let us know before the trip if you have any health issues or injuries.

5. Weather & Schedule Changes

Tropical weather, sea conditions and local ceremonies can affect schedules. Available changes and refunds depend on the service and operator policy provided before payment. See our Cancellation Policy and the product-specific terms on your selected service page.

6. Governing Law

Bali Activity Tour follows the tourism laws and rules of Bali and the Republic of Indonesia.
