Bali booking questions.

A tour or activity package is a complete planned experience with the specific inclusions listed on its page. A car charter is transportation hire: vehicle, driver, fuel and parking, priced per vehicle for the listed duration. Check each service’s inclusions and exclusions before booking.

Choose an activity and send a booking inquiry with your preferred date, group size and pickup area. Availability, the total price and payment instructions must be confirmed before your booking is final.

Check the pickup details on your chosen tour, activity, charter or rental page. Pickup areas and conditions vary by service. We confirm your pickup arrangements and any applicable surcharge before booking.

Each operator has its own cancellation and rescheduling conditions. Check our cancellation policy and ask for the applicable terms before confirming your reservation. Weather-related changes are handled with the operator.

Displayed prices are starting rates. Tour and activity prices use the unit shown on the package page; car charter prices are per vehicle for the listed duration. Your quote confirms availability, group size, pickup details and the final total.

We confirm all trip details, vehicle arrangement, and total cost with you on WhatsApp first. Payment terms and options are provided before your reservation is finalized.
