How much does a private yacht charter cost in Bali?

Pricing depends on vessel size, cruising duration (half-day or full-day), route, and guest count. Contact us via WhatsApp with your date and group size, and we will send available vessel options with transparent quotes.

Where do charters depart from in Bali?

Most private yachts depart from Serangan Harbour or Benoa Marina in South Bali. Convenient roundtrip private hotel pickup from Seminyak, Canggu, Nusa Dua, Sanur, Kuta, and surrounding areas is included with our transport team.

What is included in a private charter?

Charters include a certified skipper, licensed crew, fuel, cruising permit, full safety tools (life jackets, life rings, life raft, and Sea Safe tracking), passenger insurance, fresh tropical fruit, light snacks, chilled mineral water, soft drinks, pool towels, sea sick tablets, and snorkeling plus fishing equipment.

How many guests can a private yacht accommodate?

Guest capacities vary by vessel: Sea View accommodates up to 15 guests (15 Pax) comfortably, while Freedom accommodates up to 12 guests (12 Pax) with forward sunbed, air-conditioned salon, bedroom, and shower. Superyacht Gihons accommodates up to 50 guests for larger celebrations.

Can we visit Nusa Penida or Nusa Lembongan?

Yes. Nusa Penida and Nusa Lembongan are our most popular island day trip destinations (8-hour charter). Half-day (4-hour) sunset charters cruise along the scenic Nusa Dua and Benoa coastal areas.

What happens if there is bad weather or rough sea conditions?

Guest safety is our absolute priority. Ocean swells and weather conditions are monitored continuously with maritime port authorities (KSOP). If sailing is officially deemed unsafe, we provide a 100% free date reschedule or a full refund without penalty.

What payment methods are accepted and how do deposits work?

To secure your reserved charter date, a reservation deposit is required upon booking confirmation. We accept major payment methods including International Bank Transfer, Wise, and local bank transfers. The remaining balance can be settled prior to or on the day of departure.

Can I arrange a birthday or special occasion?

Yes! We frequently organize birthdays, proposals, anniversaries, and family celebrations. Share your preferred arrangements on WhatsApp, and we can prepare decorations, cake, and catering.

How do I confirm my booking?

Submit your request through our form or chat directly on WhatsApp. Our team will verify vessel availability and quote details. Once you are satisfied with the itinerary and price, we secure your charter.
