How do I book an experience?
Choose an activity and send a booking inquiry with your preferred date, group size and pickup area. Availability, the total price and payment instructions must be confirmed before your booking is final.
Is hotel pickup included?
Pickup availability and inclusion depend on the selected package and hotel area. Check the pickup terms and inclusions on your chosen package page. We confirm arrangements and any additional transfer cost before booking.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Each operator has its own cancellation and rescheduling conditions. Ask for the applicable written policy before confirming your reservation. Weather-related changes are handled with the operator.
Are the displayed prices final?
Prices displayed on the website are starting rates in IDR. Car charter rates are per vehicle for the listed duration and cover vehicle, driver, fuel and parking. Tours and activity packages include the services configured on their own page. Vehicle rentals and airport transfers have their own pricing and inclusions. Your quote confirms availability, group size, pickup details and the final total.
